Our comprehensive inventory includes hydraulic power packs, a generator, bearings, boring bars, and all the essential tools and equipment required to complete these jobs efficiently. Our equipment can accommodate diameters ranging from 1.125 to 36 inches, with our largest bar possessing the capability to extend up to 12 feet.

In-Situ Machining also takes pride in our portable power honing machine, a unique piece of equipment designed and built in-house by our skilled team. This innovative machine is primarily utilized for honing engines and compressor cylinders on-site, guaranteeing that they receive the fine finish necessary for seamless operation. Our power honing machine can handle bores from 6 to 36 inches in diameter, boasting an impressive 48 inches of stroking travel. This machine is versatile and therefore also suitable for a wide range of applications that require thorough hand honing.
