Maurice Titley
President
Recognizing the untapped potential in the portable machining market, Maurice established In-Situ Machining Solutions in the spring of 1996. With an impressive 45 years of in-shop and on-site machining experience, Maurice’s strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to clients has propelled In-Situ to become a top provider of portable machining services.
As the company continues to evolve, Maurice remains committed to maintaining dedication to quality, exceptional customer service, and a focus on the market’s ever-changing demands.
Ryan Titley, B.Eng
Operations Manager
Ryan, an Engineering graduate from the University of Calgary with over 20 years of experience, has been a vital member of In-Situ Machining since 2003. Excelling in organization and planning, he plays an essential role at the company’s head office.
Ryan thrives in the fast-paced industry, appreciating the team environment and working closely with family, consistently demonstrating an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding results and exceptional dedication to client service. As an effective leader, Ryan enjoys guiding his team to success and contributes significantly to the company’s achievements.
Todd Titley
Executive Manager
Todd began his In-Situ Machining journey in 2012, after enrolling in SAIT’s Machining program. He honed his skills under the tutelage of experienced professionals at both SAIT and In-Situ, eventually graduating as a Journeyman Machinist. Todd thrived as a field machinist, displaying exceptional client service and efficiency, and his passion for teamwork fostered strong relationships with both colleagues and clients.
Currently, as Executive Manager, Todd adeptly balances his time between the shop, on-site projects, and the office. His dedication to exceptional service and company growth solidifies his key role in the In-Situ family.
Blake Titley
Project Supervisor
Blake, a dedicated and resourceful Project Supervisor at In-Situ Machining, began his journey in 2011 after completing Mount Royal University’s Business program. He furthered his education at SAIT, finishing his apprenticeship at In-Situ and graduating as a Journeyman Machinist.
His exceptional work ethic and dependability quickly shined on site. Blake’s analytical and critical thinking skills enabled him to create innovative solutions for clients, and his education and experience equipped him to excel as Project Supervisor.
Currently, Blake’s unwavering commitment to excellence and innovative problem-solving drives success for In-Situ and its clients, making him an indispensable team member.
Jay Titley
Project Supervisor
Jay, a skilled Project Supervisor at In-Situ Machining, started his career in 2014 and quickly made a positive impact. After completing the Machining program at SAIT, he became a Journeyman Machinist and has refined his skills ever since.
Jay has played a crucial role in training and mentoring new employees, guiding them with patience and encouragement. His adaptability helps him tackle diverse challenges, consistently delivering high-quality results.
Currently, Jay continues to encourage a dynamic workplace where innovation and collaboration thrive, remaining an invaluable asset to both In-Situ and its clients.
Jesse Titley
Project Supervisor
Jesse, a devoted Project Supervisor at In-Situ Machining, has been a key team member since 2006. After completing the Machining program at SAIT, he became a Journeyman Machinist, demonstrating his remarkable skills in the field.
Jesse is known for his commitment to quality workmanship and strong work ethic, as well as having an affinity for teamwork and actively participating in the growth and development of his colleagues.
Constantly seeking new skills and innovative solutions, Jesse pushes the limits in the machining industry. His diverse talents and dedication have greatly contributed to In-Situ’s success, solidifying his position as a respected and valued team member.
Our Facilities
In-Situ Machining has two large warehouses and equipment yards in Alberta, one located near Calgary and the other near Edmonton. Both sites have over a combined 13,000 square feet of shop and warehouse space, and 3,000 square feet of office space. This allows us to store and maintain a large collection of portable equipment, with hundreds of unique onsite machines and all the tools needed to repair and maintain them.
Our Fleet
Our company operates with a robust and versatile fleet that ensures the smooth execution of our services. We have assembled over 20 vehicles, including specialized trucks and SUVs, to provide efficient transportation for our crews, machinery, and materials. Complementing our vehicles, we have a 40-foot mobile tool crib, four office and tool trailers and a wide range of flat deck and covered trailers at our disposal to securely transport equipment. This allows us to provide our services to clients located anywhere in Canada.
